About Frontline Security: A Southampton Security Company
Frontline Security provides security services across Southampton and the surrounding Hampshire area, from individual guarding assignments through to ongoing security arrangements, and expects to be judged on how it performs on site.
Our approach
Security provision only works when it reflects the site it protects. Whether that is a Southampton office building, a retail unit, a live construction site or a vacant property awaiting redevelopment, the starting point is the same. That means understanding how the premises operate, who needs access, when the building is vulnerable and what has already caused problems, then structuring cover around those facts.
Before officers are deployed we agree written assignment instructions covering the site, the procedures to follow, the points of escalation and the reporting you will receive. Those instructions are specific to your premises.
Security personnel deployed on licensable security activity hold the appropriate Security Industry Authority licence for the role they undertake. This is individual licensing of the officer and is separate from the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme; we do not claim company-level ACS approval.

Officers are expected to understand the site, its vulnerabilities and the risks specific to it, not simply to be present on it.
